Cancellation:

The customer must inform the management 25 days prior to arrival for a cancellation. In this case there is a full refund. Otherwise a 50% penalty is applied on the total amount of the reservation. In case of a premature departure, the customer is obliged to compensate half the days that were not used.

In order for the reservation to be valid, the deposit of the advance must be done between days from the moment the present reservation form is sent.
With effecting the down payment, the customer accepts the terms and conditions of this pro-forma invoice.
